Prior to dispatching any orders, they must first receive approval from a prescriber. Typically, this process takes only a few hours, but occasionally it may extend to up to 24 hours from the time of order placement.
Please note if a customer misses the delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to Curate a £5 redelivery fee will occur. All relevant cut off times are then relevant as if it was a new order
Delays to despatch may occur where we have asked for additional information to be sent to us.
What are my delivery options?
- We endeavour to ship all orders fully approved before 3pm Monday - Friday by DPD Next Day Delivery.
- If you order any time on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
