Prior to dispatching any orders, they must first receive approval from a prescriber. If you opt for any of our express delivery services, please note that the delivery time commences from the moment the prescriber grants their approval. Typically, this process takes only a few hours, but occasionally it may extend to up to 48 hours from the time of order placement. All orders will be shipped using a signed-for service, ensuring secure delivery. The express delivery options provide comprehensive tracking at every stage, while standard delivery is tracked solely at the starting and ending points, yet it still requires a signature upon delivery. Be mindful that we do not ship items during weekends and public bank holidays.

For orders placed before 3:30 pm on weekdays, we make every effort to dispatch all DPD Next Working Day.

Please bear in mind that when we refer to “NEXT DAY,” we mean the next working day. Therefore, if you choose DPD Saturday delivery on a Friday, you can expect to receive your orders the following Monday.

Additionally, please be aware that Royal Mail is currently not guaranteeing its 1 pm service due to the impact of the pandemic and seasonal rush. In such cases, when feasible, we will upgrade your delivery to DPD, which has demonstrated a higher success rate in delivering parcels punctually.
