1.4 Our website provides access to an online clinical assessment to facilitate the issuance of private prescriptions and the supply of medication to you.

2.2 We are regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Authority and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

3. Our Services and how you should use them

3.1 We offer medical consultations based on online questionnaires you complete and/or through telephone conversations.

3.2 If, based on our medical assessment, we determine that you are suitable for treatment, we will issue a prescription.

3.3 All our medical questions have been thoughtfully prepared and are in line with best medical practices.

3.4 The website is intended for use by residents of the United Kingdom and Europe. Individuals accessing the website from outside of these jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant local laws in that country, to the extent local laws apply.

3.5 Our website is available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or use our services. If you do not meet these criteria, you must exit our website immediately. By placing an order request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or older if required by any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. Conditions of supply

4.1 We accept your order when we send you an email confirming the approval of your prescription.

4.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product. This could be due to factors such as product unavailability, unexpected resource limitations beyond reasonable planning, clinical inappropriateness for the product ordered, errors in the product description or price, or inability to meet a delivery deadline.

4.3 An order number will be assigned to you when we accept your order. Please use this order number as a reference when contacting us.

4.4 We exclusively sell to the UK and EU. Our website is dedicated to the sale and supply of products in the UK and EU, and we do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK.

4.5 We provide treatment and advice only in English, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you fully understand our guidance.

4.6 In emergency situations, please consult your local doctor, pharmacy, or the emergency department at a hospital, as this website is not for emergencies.

4.7 The packaging of products may differ from the images displayed on our website.

5. Medical Information

5.1 You should be aware that the information collected through our website will be reviewed by our pharmacy and prescribing team. It is important to read the patient information leaflets provided with medicines.

5.2 Your information will not be disclosed to anyone except for:

5.2.1 Disclosure for the prevention of crime;

5.2.2 In accordance with the law;

5.2.3 Compliance with the direction of any regulatory or governing bodies; or

5.2.4 For the purpose of preventing harm or injury to you, as the data subject.

6. Products

6.1 The images featured on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

6.2 All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We will notify you by email to confirm acceptance of your order or, in cases where a product is unavailable, we will not process your order request.

6.3 Prices for products or services may change periodically due to variations in the cost of medicines. However, these changes will not affect orders placed before the price adjustment.

6.4 Our website contains a wide range of products, and it is possible that some may be incorrectly priced. As part of our order processing, we verify prices to rectify any errors and make you aware of them. If a pricing error is evident and could reasonably be recognized by you as a mispricing, we are not obligated to provide the product at the lower price.

7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

7.1 We are legally required to disclose the treatment costs to website users before consultations. Postage charges are visible before placing an order, and there are no hidden fees.

7.2 You are responsible for providing a valid debit or credit card for possible charges. We reserve the right to withhold medicine delivery if your payment information has expired or is invalid in any way. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you to update your information.

7.3 Ordering medicines or services, which involve prescribing medicines, initiates an assessment of your clinical suitability by our medical and pharmacy team. By placing an order, you agree to commence this service and understand that you have no legal right to cancel your order under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

7.4 You can cancel an order request at any time before receiving dispatch confirmation. In such cases, we will confirm your cancellation via email and refund any payments you have already made, subject to clause 7.7 below.

7.5 Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once dispatch confirmation has been sent. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer in cases of faulty or inaccurately described products.

7.6 If a product is faulty or not as described, you must notify us in writing and return the product to us promptly. In this situation, you may be eligible for a refund according to clause 7.9 below.

7.7 If you cancel an order before receiving dispatch confirmation, you may be required to pay us an administrative fee of £10 to cover reasonable overhead costs. If we have attempted to contact you for additional information and have not received a response, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order and charge you the fee as detailed in clause 7.7. No administrative fee will be required if we cancel your order for any other reason
