Nourish

What is Nourish?

Nourish is a nutritionally balanced daily shake curated by our in-house clinical team. The formula is high in both protein and fibre but low in sugar, with the added benefit of 25 essential vitamins. It is an easy way to top up your daily nutrition and can be used as a meal replacement for weight control when mixed with 250ml skimmed milk.

Is Nourish a meal replacement?

Nourish can be used as a meal replacement for weight control and contains the vital vitamins and minerals to help support your diet. If using it as a meal replacement, it is very important to maintain adequate fluids throughout the day, alongside a varied balanced diet and healthy exercise.

Does Nourish contain protein?

Yes, Nourish is high in protein and fibre. Protein and fibre are especially important if you're using GLP-1 medication, to help maintain muscle mass and minimise gastrointestinal side effects. Each 35g serving (1 scoop) of the strawberry flavour contains 20g of protein, and the chocolate flavour contains 19g.

How do I make it, and when should I have it?

Mix 1 scoop of powder with 250ml of skimmed milk or water and stir or shake until smooth. There is no specified time to take Nourish: have it whenever best fits your routine. Many people have it in the morning or mid-afternoon, and it works well after exercise too.

What does it taste like?

Nourish comes in chocolate and strawberry flavours that mix well with no chalky finish. It works best with 250ml skimmed milk but you can use any milk, or water. Milk gives a creamier taste and is more filling.

Is it high in sugar?

No. We've been mindful to keep sugar levels low without compromising on taste. Each serving contains a reasonable 1.3g of sugar.

What vitamins and minerals does it contain?

Each serving provides 25 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D3, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc, among others.

Does Nourish help with digestion?

Nourish contains fibre, including chicory root inulin. Fibre is helpful, particularly when you're using GLP-1 medication, as it can help support normal bowel function.

Does it contain allergens?

Yes. Nourish contains milk and oats (a cereal containing gluten), highlighted in bold on the packaging. It is also made in a facility that handles egg, soy and cereals containing gluten. Please check the full ingredients list before use.

How many servings are in a pouch, and how do I store it?

Each pouch contains 1kg of powder, approximately 28 daily servings. Store in a cool, dry place, reseal the pouch after each use, and keep out of reach of young children. Once mixed, keep chilled and consume within 3 hours. Nourish is manufactured in the UK.

Does Nourish replace my prescription treatment?

No, Nourish has been formulated by our in-house clinical team to supplement your GLP-1 treatment. It is intended to be used as and when you want, whether that's to increase your calories when your appetite suppression is too much, or whether you want to drink something knowing it has all the benefits of the vitamins and minerals, protein and fibre.

Renew

What is Renew?

Renew is an unflavoured collagen food supplement. Each scoop provides 10g of Type 1 & 3 hydrolysed collagen from grass-fed bovine, along with 125mg of hyaluronic acid, for just 40 calories.

What is collagen?

Collagen is a protein that occurs naturally in the body. Renew uses hydrolysed bovine collagen, which means it has been broken down for easy mixing into drinks, with hyaluronic acid added alongside it.

How do I use it?

Take one scoop (10.125g) daily. Stir it into 200–250ml of water, coffee or your preferred beverage. We suggest adding the scoop to your mug first, then pouring your drink over the top for a smooth, lump-free mix. It dissolves in cold liquids and blends into hot drinks too.

What does it taste like, and when should I take it?

Renew is unflavoured, with no smell and no taste, designed to blend into your existing drinks without changing them. Take it whenever suits your routine: many people add it to their morning coffee. Consistency is what matters most.

Is it suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

No. Renew is made from bovine collagen and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. It is made in a facility that also handles milk, egg, soy and cereals containing gluten, so please check the label before use if you have allergies.

How many servings are in a pouch, and how do I store it?

Each pouch contains 304g of powder, which is 30 daily servings. Store in a cool, dry place, reseal the pouch after each use, and keep out of reach of young children. Renew is manufactured in the UK.
