If a clinician decides treatment isn't right for you, you're refunded in full. The monthly plan and pay-per-order can be stopped any time from your account. A 3- or 6-month plan cancelled before it's complete carries a flat £60 cancellation fee, waived if a clinician stops your treatment.

Side effects
What is normal, and what is not.
Similar to other GLP-1 medicines: mostly digestive, usually mild to moderate, and most noticeable around dose increases while your body adapts. That's why each dose is taken for at least 30 days before any move up.
Common, and usually settle
- Nausea, especially in the first days after a dose increase
- Constipation or diarrhoea
- Vomiting or indigestion
- Headache or tiredness in the first weeks
Speak to a clinician if you notice
- Severe stomach pain that does not pass, with or without vomiting
- Signs of dehydration, such as dizziness or dark urine
- Pain in the upper right of your abdomen (gallbladder symptoms)
- An allergic reaction: swelling, rash, or trouble breathing
- Persistent vomiting that stops you keeping fluids down

What is Foundayo?
Foundayo is the brand name for orforglipron, a once-daily GLP-1 tablet made by Eli Lilly, the company behind Mounjaro. Unlike earlier GLP-1 medicines, it's a small-molecule (non-peptide) compound, which is what lets it survive digestion as a tablet and be taken at any time of day, with or without food or water.
How quickly can I start?
You can complete the online consultation today, it takes about 2 minutes, and a UK-registered clinician reviews it, usually within 48 hours. Once approved, your first month is dispatched in discreet, plain packaging.
What's included in the price?

Is there an offer for new patients?

How is it different from the Wegovy Pill?
Both are daily GLP-1 tablets, but they're built differently. The Wegovy Pill is peptide-based, so it must be taken on an empty stomach with a small amount of water and a 30-minute wait before eating. Foundayo's small-molecule structure removes those rules entirely. In separate trials the Wegovy Pill has shown higher average weight loss, so it's a trade-off between results and flexibility. A clinician can help you weigh it up.
What are the side effects?
