Are there different doses?
Tadalafil comes in 5mg (daily), 10mg and 20mg tablets. Once you complete your online consultation, our clinicians will prescribe the most appropriate dose for you.
When do I take it, as needed or daily?
Take tadalafil about 30 minutes before sexual intercourse. The 10mg and 20mg tablets are taken when required, while the 5mg tablet is taken daily at the same time each day and allows for spontaneous erections.

What are the side effects?

Can I drink alcohol while taking it?
Moderate alcohol (maximum 2 units) is generally considered safe, but both alcohol and tadalafil lower blood pressure, so combining them can cause dizziness or fainting. Alcohol can also affect performance.
