Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit and Klarna. Payments will show on your statement as TheCurateGroup.

We offer one-off purchases or 3, 6, 9 and 12 month subscriptions. Subscriptions offer significant savings, fewer monthly questions to answer, and ensure you won't run out of medication or have treatment gaps.

Once we have refunded your order, the refund is activated immediately from our payment system. It can take 7–10 days to show in your bank account, which is outside of our control. We're happy to help you track a refund and provide an ARN if required.
