SubjectCancellation of my weight-loss treatment plan: [your name]
Dear Boots Online Doctor team, I am writing to cancel my weight-loss treatment plan with Boots Online Doctor. My account is registered to [the email address on your account]. Please cancel my plan with effect from the end of my current billing period. If my plan has a fixed term, please tell me in writing whether any early-cancellation charge applies and how it has been calculated. Please do not dispatch any further orders or take any further payments beyond what I have already been charged for. Please send me, by email: 1. Written confirmation that my plan is cancelled and the date it ends. 2. An itemised final invoice showing any final charge, including any cancellation fee. I am transferring my care to another regulated UK provider, so please make sure my account is closed cleanly and that no reminder or reorder messages continue after the end date. Thank you, [your full name]
Keep the final invoice they send back. If it shows an early-cancellation fee, that's the reward we add to your Curate account, up to £60.

Before you send it
What we know about Boots Online Doctor.
We haven't verified this provider's terms. Read your plan confirmation before you cancel.
Providers change their terms. Your plan confirmation email and their current terms page are the final word on what applies to you.
Check before you cancel
Three things to look at first.
- Which plan you're on: rolling monthly, or a 3-, 6- or 12-month commitment. It's in your plan confirmation email.
- Your next charge or reorder date. Cancel before it, and make sure nothing is already queued for dispatch.
- Whether an early-cancellation fee applies and how much. If it does, keep the final invoice. We cover it, up to £60.
How to cancel Boots Online Doctor
Three steps.
- Look for it in your account firstLog in to Boots Online Doctor and find your plan, subscription or orders area. Most providers let you cancel or pause there. If yours only offers a pause, or hides the option, go to step two.
- Email them using the letter aboveIt cancels your plan, asks them to stop further orders and payments, and requests two things in writing: confirmation of the end date, and an itemised final invoice.
- Keep the confirmation and the invoiceForward both to your Curate care team once your first Curate order is placed. If the invoice shows an exit fee, we add a reward for that amount to your account; if there's no fee, you get the £40 switch reward instead.

The switch is on us
Switching shouldn't cost you. So it doesn't.
However you get here, your Curate account starts with a credit: either the exit fee your old provider charged you, or £40 if there was nothing to pay.
Charged to leave?
We cover the fee, up to £60.
On a subscription elsewhere with an early-cancellation fee? Pay it, then send us the final invoice after your first Curate order. The cancellation letter on this page asks for exactly that.
No penalty for leaving?
Great: a £40 reward, on us.
Coming from another pharmacy with nothing to pay to move away? Place your order and £40 lands in your Curate account once your clinician confirms your plan.
One switcher offer per patient: the exit-fee cover or the £40 credit, whichever applies to you. Credited after your first paid order once we've checked your evidence, and yours to apply at checkout on a later order. Full terms apply.
Good to know
Leaving, answered.
Should I cancel before or after I switch?
After. Complete your Curate consultation at least a week before your next dose is due, place your first order once your clinician confirms your plan, and then cancel. That way there's no gap in your treatment.
What if I'm part-way through a commitment plan?
Check your plan terms for the early-cancellation fee. If Boots Online Doctor charges one, ask for it itemised on your final invoice and send that to your Curate care team after your first order, and we add a reward for the fee to your Curate account, up to £60.
What if Boots Online Doctor doesn't charge me anything to leave?
Then you take the other route: a £40 switch reward for coming from another pharmacy, added to your account once your clinician confirms your plan and your first order is placed. It's one offer per patient: the fee cover or the £40, whichever applies.
Can I keep my current dose when I switch?
In most cases, yes. Your Curate clinician reviews your current treatment and dose and continues it where clinically appropriate, rather than restarting you at the lowest strength.
Will you contact my old provider for me?
No. Your contract is with them, so the cancellation has to come from you. We've written the email so it takes a minute, and we make sure the switch on our side is ready before you send it.

Ready when you are. Your progress comes with you.
A 2-minute consultation, a same-day clinical review, and your current treatment continued where appropriate.
